Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Orders outside these regions cannot be completed at checkout.

Processing Time

Non-prescription glasses 1–3 business days
Blue light blocking glasses 1–3 business days
Prescription glasses 3–7 business days
High prescription / specialty lenses 5–10 business days

Processing begins after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders of $99 or more (before taxes and fees). Standard shipping only. Cannot be combined with other shipping promotions.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at contact@broxglasses.com before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@broxglasses.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Photos of damaged items and packaging may be required.
