Return and Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to love your BROX glasses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and exchange options.
30-Day Returns for Defective Items
A full refund (100%) is available within 30 days of delivery for verified manufacturing defects, including broken frames, lens defects, or peeling coatings. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Photo or video evidence of the defect is required.
30-Day No-Questions-Asked Exchange
You may exchange any item within 30 days of delivery for any reason, including style, fit, or personal preference. Each order qualifies for one free exchange. Items must be brand new, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging including all accessories and tags. Subsequent exchanges may be subject to shipping or restocking fees.
30-Day Refund Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees and taxes. To start a refund request, email us at contact@broxglasses.com with your order number. We will review and respond within 48 hours.
In cases where a refund is approved, we may not require the item to be returned. Our customer service team will assess each case individually and provide instructions. In most cases, you will be asked to keep or donate the item, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Prescription Eyewear
Prescription glasses are custom-made to your specifications. Returns or exchanges for prescription eyewear are accepted only in the following cases: manufacturing defects, incorrect product shipped, or lenses produced differently from the submitted prescription. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect prescription information submitted by the customer.
Non-Prescription Eyewear
Non-prescription items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days if they are in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, used, intentionally damaged, or returned without authorization are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email contact@broxglasses.com with your order number and reason for your request.
- We will review your case and respond within 48 hours with next steps.
- If a refund is approved, in most cases you will be asked to keep or donate the item. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.
- If an exchange is approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost for the first exchange.
